Choose the attraction your children want most
Use the Tower for a history-led day or the Eye for a skyline-focused outing. Pick that first and treat everything else as supporting the main visit.
Plan fewer changes
A route with one useful boat leg and a walk may work better than repeated boarding. Check pushchair access and the facilities at each pier before choosing the route.
Give meals their own time
A transport ticket does not include lunch. Plan an ordinary break ashore so hunger does not determine the rest of the day. A dining cruise is a separate fixed-time experience.
Keep the return flexible
Know the last useful boat and an alternative route home. Do not leave children waiting for a specific connection because a pass made the river feel like the only option.
